I purchased some vinyl sheet flooring which I easily picked out from their samples & asked if they could get it installed for me. Within 1 week of ordering the vinyl it was professionally installed by the Reed's, three gentlemen who were extremely knowledgeable & worked their magic on the old floors in the apartment. They moved items they didn't have to so that my teenagers could leave early & went the extra mile to insure the vinyl fit snug around corners. No bubbles or wrinkles. It looks so nice. We have used Tom’s Carpet to redo all of the floors in our current home and Lookout Mountain. We put down LVP and luxury vinyl tile and real hardwood. So we had the experience of all three different types and the installer was absolutely wonderful. They left no mess in the house. They got things done on time and everything was finished perfectly. I recently needed a rug repaired where the binding came apart. I called Tom’s Carpet to ask if they could do the repair and they said yes to bring it in and it would take about a week. When I took it in, Nick went right to work and re-bound the rug in just a few minutes while I waited. This saved me a trip back to pick it up and now it looks as good as new! Nick and all the guys at Tom’s Carpet were fantastic and I would highly recommend them for all your flooring needs.

We needed a couple small rugs & a runner for a hallway. Something simple but a little plush, without breaking the bank. Found what we needed from an awesome selection & Jody was great! Had such a good experience we went back a week or so later for another rug since their prices were so great!
