I recently needed a rug repaired where the binding came apart. I called Tom’s Carpet to ask if they could do the repair and they said yes to bring it in and it would take about a week. When I took it in, Nick went right to work and re-bound the rug in just a few minutes while I waited. This saved me a trip back to pick it up and now it looks as good as new!
