We had a wonderful experience with Tom’s Carpet. They installed hardwood in our home as well as a brick tile wall. Michael did a great job communicating to me about the logistics of the process and the installers were professional and did good work. This is the second time we have gone with Tom's Carpet and Flooring. The first time we bought material for an entire house. This last time we had Tom's Carpet install as well. The installer sanded the floor, cleaned and laid down the floor all in half a day. We are extremely pleased. There are no surprises with payment and the quote clearly explained each cost. We have only had a positive experience. We still have a few more rooms to replace flooring with and we will be a repeat customer.
