I recently needed a rug repaired where the binding came apart. I called Tom’s Carpet to ask if they could do the repair and they said yes to bring it in and it would take about a week. When I took it in, Nick went right to work and re-bound the rug in just a few minutes while I waited. This saved me a trip back to pick it up and now it looks as good as new! I purchased some vinyl sheet flooring which I easily picked out from their samples & asked if they could get it installed for me. Within 1 week of ordering the vinyl it was professionally installed by the Reed's, three gentlemen who were extremely knowledgeable & worked their magic on the old floors in the apartment. They moved items they didn't have to so that my teenagers could leave early & went the extra mile to insure the vinyl fit snug around corners. No bubbles or wrinkles. It looks so nice.
