Will believes flooring is about far more than just products — it’s about people, trust, and creating an experience customers actually remember. What started as a small family flooring business has grown through a relentless focus on customer service, systems, and doing what’s right even when it’s hard. Will is passionate about building a business that genuinely cares for customers, employees, and the community while constantly pushing Tom’s Carpet & Flooring to improve and grow.

Operations

There are swiss army knives… and then there’s Zach. If we could package Zach and sell him, we’d probably close the flooring business and do just that. Zach has been a huge part of Tom’s growth behind the scenes with his constant drive to improve systems, solve problems, and make the business better every day.

Nick started in the warehouse and worked his way into becoming one of our top-performing sales associates. He believes in doing things the right way, treating people well, and standing behind his word. Nick brings a steady, trustworthy approach to every customer experience and takes pride in helping people make confident flooring decisions

Charles is a customer service expert who believes taking care of people matters just as much as the flooring itself. With years of flooring knowledge and a natural ability to connect with customers, Charles helps create a smooth, high-end experience from start to finish.

Business Development

Michael brings years of construction and building experience to Tom’s Carpet & Flooring. From the ground up, he understands the building process and helps customers choose flooring that truly fits their home and lifestyle. Known for his reliability and willingness to help, Michael treats customers like family because family is what matters most to him.

Flooring Sales

Jody brings years of flooring experience and a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to helping customers find the right floor for their home. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, woodworking, cheering on the Tennessee Vols, and spending time watching his boys compete in sports. Beneath the serious exterior, Jody genuinely cares about taking care of customers and doing things the right way.

Warehouse Manager

Erik takes pride in knowing the warehouse team plays a huge role in creating a smooth, successful flooring project. From organization to job prep and logistics, Erik helps keep everything moving behind the scenes so installs go the right way. When he’s not managing the warehouse, there’s a good chance he’s at the nearest fishing hole.
