I recently needed a rug repaired where the binding came apart. I called Tom’s Carpet to ask if they could do the repair and they said yes to bring it in and it would take about a week. When I took it in, Nick went right to work and re-bound the rug in just a few minutes while I waited. This saved me a trip back to pick it up and now it looks as good as new! Nick and all the guys at Tom’s Carpet were fantastic and I would highly recommend them for all your flooring needs.

We had a wonderful experience with Tom’s Carpet. They installed hardwood in our home as well as a brick tile wall. Michael did a great job communicating to me about the logistics of the process and the installers were professional and did good work. It’s always challenging to do a remodel while living in the home, but Tom’s Carpet helped make the process easier.

This is the second time we have gone with Tom's Carpet and Flooring. The first time we bought material for an entire house. This last time we had Tom's Carpet install as well. The installer sanded the floor, cleaned and laid down the floor all in half a day. We are extremely pleased. There are no surprises with payment and the quote clearly explained each cost. We have only had a positive experience. We still have a few more rooms to replace flooring with and we will be a repeat customer.
