We had a wonderful experience with Tom’s Carpet. They installed hardwood in our home as well as a brick tile wall. Michael did a great job communicating to me about the logistics of the process and the installers were professional and did good work. It’s always challenging to do a remodel while living in the home, but Tom’s Carpet helped make the process easier.

Tom's Carpet put down the carpet in our three bedrooms. I got quotes from three other flooring companies, and Tom's Carpet was the most polite as well as being cheaper than the others. They were professional and informative at the store, and helped us pick exactly the type of carpet we wanted. And then, on the day of install, the workers were courteous & industrious. They worked very hard to get our carpet installed in one day. I highly recommend.

We have used Tom’s Carpet to redo all of the floors in our current home and Lookout Mountain. We put down LVP and luxury vinyl tile and real hardwood. So we had the experience of all three different types and the installer was absolutely wonderful. They left no mess in the house. They got things done on time and everything was finished perfectly. We couldn’t have been happier. I would highly recommend using Tom’s Carpet for any type of flooring that you want to do in your house. They make it easy and simple and they don’t leave a mess.

Very pleased with Tom’s Carpet and Flooring. Jody was great to work with. Jazz and Alex did a fantastic job removing our old carpet and installing the new. We will use them again.
