Tom's Carpet was a blessing for us. We came in looking for a very small scrap piece of carpet padding. We were expecting to pay for it, but the piece was given to us for free. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had never been in Tom's Carpet before, but we will definitely go back. They have a wide range of flooring options to choose from. Tom's Carpet put down the carpet in our three bedrooms. I got quotes from three other flooring companies, and Tom's Carpet was the most polite as well as being cheaper than the others. They were professional and informative at the store, and helped us pick exactly the type of carpet we wanted. And then, on the day of install, the workers were courteous & industrious. They worked very hard to get our carpet installed in one day. I highly recommend.

This is the second time we have gone with Tom's Carpet and Flooring. The first time we bought material for an entire house. This last time we had Tom's Carpet install as well. The installer sanded the floor, cleaned and laid down the floor all in half a day. We are extremely pleased. There are no surprises with payment and the quote clearly explained each cost. We have only had a positive experience. We still have a few more rooms to replace flooring with and we will be a repeat customer.

I purchased some vinyl sheet flooring which I easily picked out from their samples & asked if they could get it installed for me. Within 1 week of ordering the vinyl it was professionally installed by the Reed's, three gentlemen who were extremely knowledgeable & worked their magic on the old floors in the apartment. They moved items they didn't have to so that my teenagers could leave early & went the extra mile to insure the vinyl fit snug around corners. No bubbles or wrinkles. It looks so nice.
