When I took it in, Nick went right to work and re-bound the rug in just a few minutes while I waited. This saved me a trip back to pick it up and now it looks as good as new! We have used Tom’s Carpet to redo all of the floors in our current home and Lookout Mountain. We put down LVP and luxury vinyl tile and real hardwood. So we had the experience of all three different types and the installer was absolutely wonderful. They left no mess in the house. They got things done on time and everything was finished perfectly.
