Fantastic experience from start to finish! I was looking for a terrazzo look in a luxury vinyl product. After striking out on my search, I called Tom's Carpet and Flooring Outlet and spoke with Tucker. He knows the products inside and out and recommended the perfect flooring for the lobby at my dance studio. Our building is about 100 years old, and the installers did beautiful work. It was no easy feat—they had to get through four layers of old tile and deal with a very uneven subfloor. When unexpected complications arose (through no fault of Tom's Carpet or the crew) due to our quirky old building, the team handled everything flawlessly. Communication from both the store and installers was excellent, and the installation team completed the additional work quickly. The floor itself is absolutely gorgeous. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and will absolutely be recommending Tom's Carpet and Flooring Outlet to friends and family. Pics of where we started and where we finished. =)

We recently replaced most of the flooring in our house and had a couple of good sized pieces of carpet left over. We decided that we wanted to have those pieces bound to use a rugs at least for the short term. I did some research and found that Tom’s carpet provided that service. I had considered doing it myself using some adhesive type binding products but found that Tom’s price was not much more than the other and having it done with a machine would be much better. The people at Tom’s were very friendly and helpful. They did a good job of squaring up the pieces and they matched the color perfectly. The quality of the binding is very good. I would definitely recommend Tom’s. And our cats are happy to have a soft place to chill out other than on the hard tile.

I purchased some vinyl sheet flooring which I easily picked out from their samples & asked if they could get it installed for me. Within 1 week of ordering the vinyl it was professionally installed by the Reed's, three gentlemen who were extremely knowledgeable & worked their magic on the old floors in the apartment. They moved items they didn't have to so that my teenagers could leave early & went the extra mile to insure the vinyl fit snug around corners. No bubbles or wrinkles. It looks so nice.
